Rick Bierens - Director email  m: +61 403 253 018   Rick is an experienced, commercially focussed and legally qualified consultant with broad business development, operational, project management, change management, legal, commercial and analytical skills.  He has 14 years' experience at Spotless through a range of functional and operational roles.  He has lead the bids on major social infrastructure PPPs including schools. Prior to his career with Spotless, Rick spent 6 years at King & Wood Mallesons in the mergers and acquisitions area becoming a Senior Associate of the firm. Rick lead the Spotless bid for both the successful SA Schools PPP and the Vic Schools PPP throughout all stages of the bid and subsequent negotiations. Rick’s deep knowledge and experience of the provision of support services in both school and non-school environments and his operational, procurement, commercial and legal background brings a unique set of skills to all phases of the WA Schools PPP Project. Rick has been working with RixStewart for the last 12 months. State Manager (Victoria) – Ensign Services - Spotless Responsible for leading and directing the industrial linen plant operations of Ensign in Victoria which included a dedicated healthcare linen plant processing 200 tonnes of healthcare linen per week to a wide range of public and private hospitals. Senior Project Manager PPPs - Spotless Responsible for bidding Spotless’ social infrastructure PPPs as part of a consortium of financiers and builders.  Lead the bids for the Orange Hospital PPP and Royal North Shore PPP and the Victorian Schools and South Australian Schools PPP.  Successful with the Orange and SA Schools PPP.
