James combines technical knowledge and operational capability with commercial acumen. He holds a unique breadth of experience, gained from roles within business development, process re-engineering, project delivery and the management of services contract for clients across Australia & New Zealand. James professional career in contract services has including positions of State Manager in Victoria and Tasmania with Spotless Group, A&NZ Accounts Manager, National Business Development Executive and Management Consultant. More recently, James has utilised this base of provider side knowledge to provide consultancy support and insight for RixStewart to State government departments in Victoria and South Australia on procurement strategy and specification development for a range of facility services on one PPP and 5 traditional FM outsourcing projects.   Of specific relevance to this project is James’ involvement in developing the provider side response to the PPP tenders for the New Bendigo Hospital, New Royal Adelaide Hospital and Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre; and his 6 years operational experience managing the delivery of contract services into the schools environment.
